Every library in Manitoba can access the NNELS website and repository online using the assigned log-in credentials; enabling your library to provide alternative format materials to qualified local users with a perceptual disability.

If you are unable to login using the assigned username and password or if you wish to change your password please email support@nnels.ca.

For patrons without access to an internet connected computer or assistive device, your library may consider staff service policies and procedures to support:

• Uploading material to devices your patrons bring into the library ie. Daisy Players
• Making material available to patrons through outreach services
• Burning CDs of material upon the request of patrons (instructions on downloading a book and burning a disc)*

*Please note that after burning a CD for a qualified user, it is a local policy decision to determine whether or not the library will add the material to its local collection and require its users to return the material to the library at the end of a defined loan period.
