A young woman tries to start a new life in Tokyo after the death of her mother, but finds herself mostly staring out her window, slowly noticing that there is a young man across the street staring out his window. The two begin a hesitant romance, but after learning that he has been the victim of a childhood trauma, the woman gathers clues and begins to suspect that a bizarre religious cult may have been involved. Some descriptions of sex and violence, some strong language.
