Stella Hutton is a newly hired estate agent who steps into the cutthroat business of selling houses. In a surprise assignment, Stella is asked to shepherd the posh Longbridge Hall to sale. Her task becomes increasingly difficult thanks to the bedeviling Xander Fletcher, who grew up on the estate and is now determined to keep it for his own. Their interactions quickly become a contest of wills, even as an unlikely romance begins to take root.
