Tara Bien calls PI Charlie Dodge to report that her twelve year old daughter, Jordan, has been kidnapped by her ex-husband, who has been an absentee father most of his daughter's life. Jordan barely knows him, and Tara fears he's taken her into a cult called Fourth Dimension. Dodge and his enigmatic partner Wyrick attempt to take down the secret society and rescue Jordan.
