A field trip brings Cordelia Liu face-to-face with a dangerous phantom capable of reanimating dead animals, and a team of professional ghost hunters. She needs to know more about both, no matter the risk. It'll mean getting her friends to join her and the ghost hunters at a strange village called Shady Rest where ghosts peacefully reside. But soon, they realize that Shady Rest is not what it seems.
