If you don’t have headings in your VoiceOver rotor, you can add it in settings. Open your iPhone’s settings, find and double-tap “Accessibility,” find and double-tap “VoiceOver,” find and double-tap “Rotor,” and finally, find and double-tap “Headings.” If it now says “Selected: Headings,” it should now be in your rotor.
